  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
  7. Fill each indentation with a small amount of strawberry jam.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Once the cookies are cool, dust them with powdered sugar.
