  1. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Spread the pudding mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Spread the butter mixture over the pudding layer.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the top and spread evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
