In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.

In another bowl, mix together peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. Spread this mixture over the crust.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together, stirring occasionally until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.

Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Once set, cut into bars and serve.
