Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut each biscuit into quarters.

In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Roll each biscuit quarter in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until coated.

Thread the coated biscuit quarters onto skewers, alternating with chunks of butter.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat.
