Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2/3 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Cut the remaining butter into small pieces.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Place the coated balls into the greased bundt pan, layering them evenly.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
