Sprinkle the toffee bits and chocolate chips over the dough.

In a small saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until smooth and well combined.

Pour the milk mixture over the toffee bits and chocolate chips.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
