Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Take small portions of the potato mixture and shape them into puffs. Place them on the greased baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
