  2. Roll out the pie crust and transfer it to a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the pie with small pieces of butter.
  6. Cover the pie with the second pie crust, sealing the edges.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
