  2. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced mangoes, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  5. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
  7. Pour the mango mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the flour mixture on top of the mangoes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mangoes are bubbling.
