In a large bowl, combine the vegetarian ground meat substitute, finely chopped onion, grated carrots, finely chopped celery, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and transfer the mixture into the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the loaf is firm.
