Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, folding gently until well combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and springs back when lightly touched.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes.

Invert the cake onto a clean kitchen towel and gently peel off the parchment paper.

Roll up the cake tightly with the towel, starting from one short end.

Let the rolled cake cool completely on a wire rack.

Unroll the cooled cake and spread whipped cream over the surface.

Place sliced strawberries evenly over the whipped cream.

Roll the cake back up, removing the towel as you go.

Transfer the Swiss roll to a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
