Roll out the puff pastry sheets and sprinkle the coffee mixture evenly over them.

Roll the pastry sheets tightly into cigars and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.

Gradually add the milk to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring continuously.
