  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven and immediately sprinkle the marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
  10. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
