Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.

Mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top.

Return the pan to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
