Mint Julep Fudge
The Mint Julep Fudge is inspired by the classic Southern cocktail, the Mint Julep, which is traditionally made with bourbon, sugar, water, and mint leaves.

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the mint extract and green food coloring.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut into squares.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
