Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar and whisk until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and peppermint extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and mint chocolate chips.

Add the green food coloring and mix until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
