  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a mint leaf and place a small amount of the cheese mixture on top.
  4. Fold the mint leaf to form a small pouch.
  5. Repeat with the remaining mint leaves and cheese mixture.
  6. In separate bowls, place the flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs.
  7. Dip each mint pouch in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the bread crumbs.
  8. Place the coated mint pouches on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot.
