Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Press the frozen hash browns into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup to form a crust.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions.

Pour the egg mixture into each hash brown crust.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Use a knife to gently loosen the edges of the quiches and remove them from the muffin tin.
