  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Grease the mini clafoutis molds with butter.
  4. Place a few blueberries in each mold.
  5. Pour the batter over the blueberries, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the clafoutis are puffed and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
