  2. Add ground beef, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and chopped fresh parsley.
  4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll up tightly.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
