  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Mint
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 ounce Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the beets.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, dried mint, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add grated beets to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
