  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  3. Place a marshmallow in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the marshmallow, sealing it completely.
  5. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  6. Place the puff pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
