In a large mixing bowl, sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and creme de marron.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg yolk mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into an ungreased chiffon cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Invert the cake pan onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.

In the meantime, whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
