  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions.
  6. Roll out one portion into a rectangle and sprinkle half of the cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side, to form a log. Repeat with the other portion of dough.
  8. Place the two logs side by side and twist them together to create a marbled effect.
  9. Transfer the twisted dough to a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  11. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
