Maple Pumpkin Pie

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.

Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.

Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
