Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual tart pans.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the filling into the prepared tart pans.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
