  1. In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  2. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pan, heat oil and add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add fried cauliflower florets and toss well.
  6. Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
