  3. Place a marshmallow at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up the triangle, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Place the rolled-up pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Melt the butter and brush it over the pastries.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pastries.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
