  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream, flour, and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  6. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  7. Serve with fresh berries on top.
