M & M Blondies
Blondies are often referred to as the blonde version of brownies, as they are similar in texture but lack cocoa or chocolate flavor.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the M&Ms.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the blondies to cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
