  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Slice the cream puffs in half and fill with whipped cream.
  10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
