  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the low-fat milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Gradually whisk in the reduced-fat cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the saucepan and stir until well coated.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the mac and cheese.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
