Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
