  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar. Add the flour and salt, and mix until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the lilikoi juice and eggs. Pour over the baked crust.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, sift powdered sugar over the top. Cut into bars and serve.
