  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 10x15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the surface springs back when touched lightly.
  4. While the cake is still warm, dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar. Carefully invert the cake onto the towel and gently peel off the parchment paper. Roll up the cake tightly with the towel and let it cool completely.
  5. Once the cake has cooled, carefully unroll it and spread the whipped cream evenly on top. Roll the cake back up without the towel and transfer it to a serving platter.
  6. Decorate the top of the roll with fresh berries and dust with powdered sugar. Serve chilled and enjoy!
