  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top sheet of phyllo dough.
  5. Roll up the phyllo dough tightly, starting from one end.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
