  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine granulated sugar and lemon zest. Seal the bag and shake well to mix.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Place the biscuit quarters into the bag with the sugar mixture. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the biscuit pieces.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in the greased bundt pan.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice.
  8. Pour the melted butter mixture over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  11. Invert the pan onto a serving plate to release the monkey bread.
  12. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the monkey bread.
