  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir into the flour mixture until well combined.
  4. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture for the crumb topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix the cornstarch and granulated sugar. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries until coated.
  6. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved crumb topping over the blueberries.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
