  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, all-purpose flour, and powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, granulated sugar, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
