  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the flour and salt, and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  7. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  9. Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish.
  10. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
