Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the loaf pan.

Pour the remaining batter over the cream cheese layer.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
