  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and custard powder over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cream cheese layer in the springform pan.
  6. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
