Ingredients
  • 120 gram Dark chocolate
  • 120 gram Unsalted butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour 4 ramekins.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the chocolate mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  8. Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate and gently tap the bottom to release the lava cake.
  10. Serve immediately with a dusting of powdered sugar, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or fresh berries.
