  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, 200 grams of all-purpose flour, and 50 grams of powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, remaining 50 grams of all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add the eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the bowl and whisk until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 hour.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  10. Cut into bars and enjoy!
