Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.

In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, fresh parsley, and fresh dill.

Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each puff pastry rectangle and fold them in half.

Press the edges to seal the rolls.
