  5. Stir in the ground walnuts.
  6. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a log, about 2 inches in diameter.
  7. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  9. Slice the chilled dough logs into 1/4 inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
