  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add key lime juice and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife to swirl the raspberry puree into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
  9. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
