  2. Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai.
  4. Dip each jubilee in the batter and gently drop it into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy and sweet jubilees!
