  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple and flour until just combined. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
