  1. Boil the potatoes and peas until cooked. Drain and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions, green chili, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add mashed potatoes and peas to the pan. Mix well.
  4. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix everything together.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a dough.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles.
  7. Cut each circle in half.
  8. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape, sealing the edges with water.
  9. Fill the cone with the potato mixture and seal the top.
  10. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
